Ingredients

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 yellow/orange bell pepper, julienned

1 large tomato, cut into wedges

10 cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tbsp Liviana™ Chilli Trilogy Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Liviana™ Alfafa Blossom Honey

1 tbsp lemon juice

½ red chilli, seeded and finely chopped (optional)

¼ tsp tumeric,

ground

¼ tsp cayenne pepper, ground

½ tsp pepper, ground

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a serving bowl.

  2. Serve as an easy quick side that packs a punch with flavour.
