2 cups lettuce, shredded

¼ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup sugar snap peas, halved

¼ cherry tomatoes, halved

5 radishes

¼ cup red, yellow or orange pepper, diced

½ avocado

4 tbsp Liviana™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large serving bowl.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Drizzle the Liviana™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and lemon juice over the top.

  4. Serve as the perfect side. Can be enjoyed as a delicious meal as is by doubling up on the portion size
