Roasted Flaxseed Chicken

Air-fryer or oven
4 chicken drumsticks 4 chicken wings 2 tbsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Honey ¼ cup plain low-fat yoghurt 2 tbsp soya sauce 1 tsp tumeric, ground 1 tsp paprika, ground 1 tsp wholegrain mustard 1 tsp cumin, ground 1 tsp coriander, ground 5 sprigs fresh thyme 2 tbsp flaxseed 1 tsp chilli flakes (optional) Salt and pepper
- Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and combine until the chicken is fully covered. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Set aside to marinade for at least 25 minutes .
- Place the marinaded chicken onto a baking tray in an airfryer for 30 minutes at 180°C (pre-heated oven for 35 minutes).
- Brush the excess marinade over the chicken every 10 minutes for the best results..
