Ingredients
1 clove honey fermented garlic* or fresh garlic 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tbsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Alfafa Blossom Honey 1 tsp orange zest 1 tsp lemon zest 2 tbsp orange juice 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 passionfruit pulp 2 tbsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil Salt and pepper
Method
- Add the garlic to the pestle and morter and grind until smooth.
- Add the mustard, Liviana™ CBD-Infused Alfafa Blossom Honey, orange zest and lemon zest. Combine until smooth.
- Add the orange juice, passionfruit, lemon juice, and Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix with a spoon until combined.
- Add the orange juice, passionfruit, lemon juice, and Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Mix with a spoon until combined.
- Serve with any salad or can be used as a marinade for fish, chicken, or vegetables. Stays fresh for up to 7 days in the fridge.
