2 large orange sweet potatoes
1 tbsp Liviana™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
- Halve the sweet potato length wise with a sharp knife.
- Place on a baking tray in the oven at 200°C for 40 minutes.
- Finish off with Liviana™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Delicious with some Herby Tzatziki* and Pomegranate and Mint Mince*.
