Macadamia & Cinnamon Stuffed Dates

Small Mixing Bowl




4 Medjool Dates

1 tbsp Macadamia nut butter

1 tbsp Macadamia nuts

½ tsp Liviana™ Honey



  1. Lightly roast the macadamia nuts over a medium heat, tossing continuously. Set aside to cool.

  2. Cut the dates lengthwise and remove the pip carefully.

  3. Mix together the macadamia nut butter, Liviana™ Honey and cinnamon.

  4. Fill the dates with the macadamia nut butter and honey mixture. Sprinkle lightly with some salt.

  5. Garnish with the rest of the macadamia nuts for some extra crunch.

  6. Enjoy with a cup of Medspresso™ Coffee.
