Honey Fermented Garlic
Honey ferments are unconventional, but double up on the health benefits. The high antioxidant content in both ingredients is anti-inflammatory and promotes mental health. This versatile pantry staple is easy to use and great for adding flavour to plenty dishes.

Ingredients
2 bulbs garlic ½ cup Liviana™ Wild Blossom CBD-Infused Honey
Method
- Peel the garlic cloves and add them to the glass jar. Fill the jar to 1.5cm from the top with garlic.
- Pour the Liviana™ Wild Blossom CBD-Infused honey over the garlic until it is covered.
- Do not close the lid tightly for the first 7 days to allow air to escape from the jar. Thereafter the honey will become runnier and the lid can be secured tightly.
- Store in a cool dry place. This product can last fresh and unrefrigerated for up to a year.
