1 medium cauliflower, florets 1 tin chickpeas 2 tbps Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 sprigs fresh thyme Salt and pepper 10 cherry tomatoes, halved ½ cup red quinoa, cooked 1 lemon
- Add the cauliflower, chickpeas, Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive and fresh thyme onto a baking tray. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes on 180°C or in the Airfryer for 30 minutes at 140°C.
- Serve with fresh cherry tomatoes, red quinoa and good squeeze of lemon juice
