Ingredients
2 tbsp broccoli seeds ½ cup water
Method
- Rinse the seeds in cool water and soak them in a bowl of cool water for about 8 - 12 hours.

- Spread the seeds evenly in a shallow dish and cover with the cotton tea towel.
- Place the dish in a cool, dark place for the first few days.
- Sprinkle some water over the tea towel daily to keep it damp.
- Once the sprouts have grown, remove the tea towel, move the dish to a sunny spot to allow the sprouts to green up.
- Harvest the sprouts by cutting the stems just above the roots.
- Store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
