Ingredients

1 tbsp Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp brown onion, small dice (5 mm cubes)

4 button mushrooms, small dice (5 mm cubes)

4 cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 eggs

¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Add the Liviana™ CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive, onions, mushrooms, and tomato to an oven-proof dish. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Place in the airfryer for 3 minutes on 200°C. Remove from the air fryer.

  3. Break the eggs on top of the grilled vegetables.

  4. Airfry for 2 more minutes.

  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the eggs and air fry for 1 minute.

  6. Garnish with some fresh herbs and enjoy with a piece of wholewheat toast.
