½ cup fresh herbs (basil, flat leaf parsley, spring onion, coriander, mint)

1 tsp Liviana® CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

2 eggs

Salt and pepper

2 tbsp milk (can be replaced with any milk alternative)

2-5 pieces Liviana® Pickled Jalapeños (the more pieces the spicier)

2 tbsp mozzarella cheese, grated


Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until combined or use a stick blender. 

Drizzle some Liviana® CBD-Infused Extra Virgin Olive onto a non-stick pan. Add the mixture to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Do not stir or flip the omelette. If the top does not firm up, cover loosely with a large heat proof lid for a couple of minutes.
