Ingredients

2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved

2 tbsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

1 lemon

5 sprigs fresh thyme

8 cloves Liviana® Black Garlic

2 tsp Liviana® Chilli Honey

Salt and pepper

Method

Add the Brussels sprouts and Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil to a pan over a high heat. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts have charred slightly, then turn down the heat. 

Add the thyme, lemon juice and season. 

Cook covered for 3-5 minutes until the Brussels sprouts turn soft. 

Soften the Liviana® Black Garlic by pressing it flat in a small bowl with a knife. Add the Liviana® Chilli Honey and combine roughly. 

Add the mixture to the Brussels sprouts with 2 tablespoons of water. Stir until the black garlic is evenly distributed over a low heat. 

Serve with some lemon wedges and enjoy!
