Ingredients
1 whole camembert
1 cup baby plum tomatoes
5 cloves Liviana® Black Garlic
1 tbsp Liviana® Honey
1 tbsp Liviana® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 sprigs fresh thyme
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Method
Score the camembert diagonally, halve the Liviana® Black Garlic and place into the cuts that were made into the camembert. Set the camembert aside.
Place the rest of the ingredients into an oven proof dish and combine until the tomatoes are evenly covered.
Roast the tomato and onion mixture in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Remove the tomato and onions from the oven and place the scored camembert in the centre.
Return to the oven for 5 minutes until the camembert starts to melt.
Serve warm with thinly sliced toasted sourdough bread.
