Ingredients

1 triangle whole brie

1 cup red grapes

1 tsp balsamic glaze

3 fresh rosemary sprigs

1 tbsp Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil 

½ tsp black sesame seeds (optional)

Salt and peppe

Method

Place the brie into the serving dish and score lightly with the tip of a knife.

Place the grapes and rosemary on top of the brie.

Drizzle with the balsamic glaze and Liviana® Estate Select Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Season with salt and pepper.

Bake at 200°C an airfryer for 7 minutes or oven for 10 minutes until the melted cheese starts oozing. 

Serve with some seed crackers.
